Horse Leg Dissection Led by CJF Kirk Undershultz

WHO: This course would be great for any body worker, curious horse owner, future vet student, breeder, vet tech or anyone interested in a closer inside look. Tickets are limited and will not be extended. Certified Journeyman Farrier Kirk Undershultz is one the best in the business and continues his own education while being one of the best educators out there. Kirk has held many owner trimming clinics . For this event we are going to have an indepth look at the equine leg. Our anatomy discussion will be less than you'd get at vet school but way more the your average owner is going to know. Get to know what it looks like inside, these lumps ande bumps that we feel, and see how what is visible effects the horses soundness. This isn't a gory event, as there is minimal to no fluid left in the leg, cleanup takes less than one papertowel.

WEATHER: Outside of a level 2 snow event, when we can reschedule a rain date or refund, there will be no refunds or rain dates otherwise. We will be in a heated cozy facility across from the farm for a majority of the day. You will have access to a full kitchen for your meals. Location: We are on the right side, at the very end of a long driveway. We are across from Lakeview, no major signage until you are down the drive. There will be no more than 15 attendees so that the clinic stays personal. Meals can be provided with notice. Legs will be shared.
