Service Description
You will receive your lessons forms via email. Schedule 20-30 minutes to meet and ask questions, and get a feel if our barn is right for you. Feel free to follow up if you're happy. These tours are not promised to be private, as demand is high, but we limit the tour to 2 families at a time. We will need t wrap up within 30 minutes due to busy lesson schedule. Lesson viewing can be discussed beforehand for the comfort of students, not on the spot.
Cancellation Policy
1. Check Your Email (Including Spam): Bring your completed forms to your first lesson. Without them, you cannot ride. You will not be riding during a tour or handling horses at all. That will happen during your orientation lesson. A tour is not a requirement but is encouraged. 2. Tours Are Non-Riding: Riding begins at your first lesson, not during the tour. 3. No-Call, No-Show Policy: Failing to show up for a tour without notice may result in losing future scheduling privileges. We have a waitlist and aim to accommodate as best we can. 4. Missed Tours: If you skip the tour, it will be covered during your required Orientation Ride, which must be paid at booking. We do not accept students without an orientation. We DO have a group lessons, but we do not take someone's word for their ability to control a horse in a group setting so we must see the student ride. 5. Rescheduling: We’re flexible! If you can’t make it, just let us know so we can reschedule. This is the only appointment we are lenient on, but still give us notice or tell us as soon as you can. Thank you for your cooperation!
