Service Description
Student must be age 10 or older and able to steer, walk, trot, canter and circle on their own. Others 11 or younger, not yet steering with others or cantering without assistance are directed to the Giddyup Gang under "kids lessons" An evaluation lesson is required prior if not a current student. An hour session in a semi-private small group of 3 or less riders with Hannah. Each rider learns from one another, gets practice time, and is allowed more saddle time with less riders but the lesson time itself will never go over an hour.

Cancellation Policy
Lesson Attendance and Makeup Policy Group Lessons: Students can join any session, must be level orange or higher. Makeups: One makeup per month is allowed if scheduling permits. Lessons may be forfeited due to limited availability. No Rollovers: Packages must be used within their validity period. Some group packages are valid for 2 months—see the website for details. Attendance Requirement: Students must attend at least 80% of their scheduled lessons, reschedules cannot happen for the same lesson more than once, and notice must still be given to reschedule or it is a forfeit. Refund and rescheduling policy applies the same to all lessons. Cancellations: Private lessons: No makeup for cancellations within 24 hours. Group lessons: No makeup for cancellations within 18 hours. Emergencies: Considered on a case-by-case basis at the instructor's discretion. A detailed policy will be provided in the welcome letter.
